Auto Stat command

When activated free level up points are auto-distributed with respect of defined rules
Usage:

• Display Help info: /autostat
• Display status or disable: /autostat status
• Display status or disable: /autostat off

Setup auto-distribution: /autostat
point ammount from which to distribute
str percent: Percent of free level up points that will go to strength
agi percent: Percent of free level up points that will go to agility
vit percent: Percent of free level up points that will go to vitality
ene percent: Percent of free level up points that will go to energy
cmd percent: Percent of free level up points that will go to command

Sum of all percentages must be lower or equal 100. Setting below 100 will leave some level up points undistributed

Example, player has 5000 free stat points from which he want to distribute most some on strenght, some on agility but most on energy, so player should type:

/autostat 5000 10 20 10 10 50 0

from which: 5000 is the free stats, 10% on strenght, 20% on agility, 10% stamina, 50% on energy, 0% on command
